This should feel different

You should not have to prove your pain to your trainer.

Maybe getting on the floor is not an option.

Maybe an old injury changes what you can do today.

Maybe you need a slower pace and someone who actually listens.

None of that makes you a failure. It makes the workout mine to modify.
The method

A program written for you—not handed down to you.

I listen to the client and what they need and want, not what I want to teach them.

01

Start with listening

We talk about what you enjoy, what feels difficult, and what your body is telling you.

02

Choose useful movement

Walking, weights, cardio, yoga, kickboxing, or outdoor movement—selected for you.

03

Modify without judgment

The plan changes when it needs to, so you can finish feeling capable.

How it works

Clear, personal, and never performative.

  1. 1

    Tell me what you need

Your goals, limitations, preferences, and questions all belong in the conversation.

  2. 2

    Get a program that fits

We select an online, in-person, or nutrition path and build around your present ability.

  3. 3

    Move forward together

We adjust as you go. You do not have to force a movement that is not right for you.

What changes

From talked over to heard.

Move at a pace you can own.

Know that modification still counts.

Build strength without losing your voice.

Questions, answered

You can ask before you commit.

What if I cannot do a particular exercise?

Say so. Lisa will listen and choose a modification or a different movement so the session works with your ability instead of making you feel behind.

Can you work around an old injury or limited mobility?

Lisa designs gentler, adaptable programs and wants to understand your limitations. If your situation needs medical guidance, speak with your healthcare professional before beginning.

Will senior fitness be challenging enough?

Gentler does not mean aimless. Cardio, strength, endurance, mobility, and relaxation can all be adjusted to create purposeful work at your level.

THE
STUDY
More than a trainer

Serious about the work. Never too serious to laugh.

Lisa is a parent who homeschooled all three of her children through their junior years, when they graduated. That taught her to watch the person learning, change the explanation, and keep the goal without forcing one route. It is the same patience she brings to coaching.
